Subsequently, a D.R.E unit(Drug Recognition Expert) was contacted and Mr. Hayward submitted to preliminary drug testing. Hayward was transported to the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and charged. Hayward was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and eight traffic citations. Hayward was then taken to the District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance pending a trial date. The patrol vehicle suffered front end damage and will need repairs.

Gangloff died at approximately 12:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Montgomery County Police.

Hall was driving the 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible west on Hines Road when the car went off the road and hit a tree, a light pole, and a telephone box. The car rolled over before it stopped, police say.

Following the tests, the deputy placed Walker under arrest for DUI. Walker had a two year old child strapped into a car seat inside the vehicle. During processing, Walker refused to submit to a breath test.
