Virginia: Michael A. Smith killed by DUI suspect Roger L. Yates on Christmas Eve
Yates, as often happens with drunk or drug impaired drivers, was uninjured in the crash, which occurred almost three miles south of Terminal Avenue on I-664. Yates has been charged with refusing a DUI, DUI maiming and reckless driving.
