Maryland: DUI driver to Wicomico County Sheriff’s Deputy: Go to hell, copper, I ain’t gonna go to jail!

SALISBURY, MD. — Wicomico Sheriff Mike Lewis reports that a deputy had his hands full when he arrested a boozing bozo for DUI.

Police say that on January 3, 2015 at 8:36 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Miguel Angel Santos-Villalta, 40, of Salisbury, Md., for an equipment violation in the 500 block of S. Salisbury Blvd. Upon making contact with Santos, the deputy detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. That, along with other indicators suggested that Santos was operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Delaware: Harrington Police charged Charles E Robinson 3rd with DUI after being stopped for speeding

Harrington, Del. -On 12-21-14 the Harrington Police Department arrested Charles E. Robinson 3rd 32, of the 12000 Block of School St. in Ridgley, MD for DUI and Speeding. While on patrol officers stopped a vehicle for traveling 75 MPH in a 50 MPH zone and the officer contacted Mr. Robinson who was operating the vehicle.

According to Portland Police, on Sunday January 4, 2015, at 12:42 a.m., Central Precinct officers responded to the report of a hit and run crash at Southwest 3rd Avenue and Oak Street.

As officers were responding, they learned that the suspect vehicle crashed at Southwest 3rd Avenue and Washington Street, after hitting multiple vehicles and a pedestrian. Witnesses reported to police that the suspect ran from the vehicle after removing most of his clothing.
