California: Kevin O’Hara Courtney beat feet after crash; booked on DUI charges and fleeing crash scene
Courtney, who smelled of alcohol, immediately said that his car had been stolen and denied being involved in the crash, Barclay said. Deputies detained him and brought him back to the crash scene, where the witnesses identified him as the man who climbed out of the car.
