police say it was learned that the driver, Williams, was traveling at a high rate of speed and in a reckless manner when she failed to negotiate a turn causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike several standing pine trees.
Police determined that Barnett was intoxicated and had a blood alcohol content of .33%. A thirteen-year-old boy and Barnett’s girlfriend, the boy’s mother, were also in the vehicle.
