California: Daniel Fritch charged by Lake Elsinore Police with DUI after crash

The investigation determined the driver, Daniel Fritch, age 46 of Lake Elsinore, was driving along Lakeshore Drive, when he lost control of his vehicle. His vehicle struck a guard rail, rolled down an embankment and came to rest on its wheels. Fritch and a female adult passenger were transported to a local hospital where they were being treated for apparent non-life-threatening injuries

Vermont: State Police report DUI arrests for Oct. 17, 2015: Paul D. Rockinger leads the list

Further investigation led Troopers to suspect that Rockinger was operating under the influence of alcohol. After completion of the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, Rockinger was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. Rockinger provided a roadside sample of breath which indicated that his BAC was .159 %.
