New Mexico: Santa Fe County Sheriff Robert A. Garcia reports DWI arrests for Aug. 28, 2014

Deputy was dispatched to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police who had stopped a motorist for being unable to maintain a lane of travel. Deputy arrived and administered field sobriety tests. Signs of impairment were noted and subject was arrested. Subject had a breath alcohol content of .16. Subjects vehicle was seized in accordance with county ordinance due to a prior DWI.

South Carolina: Deputy Coroner was dead drunk; busted for DUI

WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (08/21/2014) – A deputy coroner with the Lexington County Coroner’s Office has been arrested on DUI charges.

Barry Wright was arrested August 19 on driving under the influence charges and accused of having an open 24-ounce beer in his vehicle.

According to an incident report, Wright was found asleep at the wheel of his county-owned Ford Explorer shortly before 5 p.m. on Tuesday. The report goes on to say the car was still running and parked in the middle of Kleckley Drive. A West Columbia police

New York: Carolyn Garger charged with DWI by Livington Sheriff’s Deputies; had three kids in her booze cruise

GENESEO: Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty announces the Felony arrest of Carolyn Garger, age 48 of Avon.

Livingston County Sheriff’s Office STOP DWI Deputy Brandan Flickner was on patrol in the Town of Geneseo when he came across the scene of a vehicle that had been struck by another vehicle on Route 20A near Country Club Road.

The driver of that vehicle advised that the other operator had left the scene of the accident, heading East on Route 20A toward Livonia. Deputy Flickner continued East on Route 20A and located the vehicle involved in the accident in a ditch roadside.

Upon further investigation, Carolyn Garger, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated
