Oregon: State Police DUI manslaughter charges pending for Billroy Durham for killing Patricia Kuykendall

Durham is being treated for his injuries; however as a result of the investigation, Mr. Durham is expected to be charged with Manslaughter in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree, Assault in the Third Degree, Reckless Driving, and DUII- Controlled Substances.

Oregon: Nickolas Hoffman liked to puff weed and drive on his roof; now DUI in jail

Sheriff’s Deputies found Mr. Hoffman was driving northbound on NW Bethany Boulevard and accelerated at a very high speed as he was turning left onto NW West Union Road. Investigators determined Mr. Hoffman lost control of the Blazer, ran onto the shoulder then rolled over in the roadway. He received minor injuries and was treated by medical personnel on the scene.

It was determined that Mr. Hoffman was under the influence of marijuana and driving recklessly at the time of the crash. He was arrested and charged with DUII. He was lodged in the Washington County Jail held on $2,500 bail.

Oregon: Klamath Grand Jury Indicted Guage Lee Gray with DUI Manslaughter for killing Garrett Zimmer & Marri Young-Wellbaum

Two of the vehicles occupants, GARRETT ZIMMER, 22, of Hermiston, and MARRI D. YOUNG-WELLBAUM, 26, of Eagle Point, were ejected from the pickup and deceased at the scene. A third occupant, GUAGE L. GRAY,22, of Klamath Falls, was transported to Sky Lakes Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Speed, alcohol and icy road conditions are being investigated as contributing factors in the crash. None of the occupants in the vehicle were wearing safety restraints.

On September 17, 2014 at approximately 8:19 p.m., Oregon State Police (OSP) and Tillamook Police Department (TPD) were notified that a vehicle drove down the boat ramp into the Trask River at Carnahan Park. Tillamook Fire District personnel were at the park training when the incident occurred and helped the driver to shore from his submerged 2000 Nissan Maxima.

Oregon State Police report that a White City man is facing a DUII charge following Monday evening’s injury crossover traffic crash on Interstate 5 in the Medford area.

On July 28, 2014 at approximately 8:17 p.m., a Chevrolet Tahoe driven by ROBERT PILAND, age 45, from White City, was northbound on Interstate 5 near milepost 30 when it traveled over the center median into the southbound lanes. The driver of a southbound commercial truck attempted to stop but couldn’t avoid the Tahoe before both were involved in a head-on collision.
