California: Stacey Jo Dolan charged with DUI after crashing into stopped traffic at red light; Lake Elsinore DUI checkpoint sends drivers to jail

The investigation determined the driver, Stacey Jo Dolan, 51 of Palm Desert, collided with another vehicle stopped at the red light. The collision caused both vehicles to block one lane of traffic on Gerald Ford Dr. Dolan was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

California: DUI driver Ken Clark could afford a Mercedes but couldn’t afford to call a cab! Officers arrived within minutes and discovered a black Mercedes had collided with a white Land Rover. The occupant of the Land Rover was treated at a local hospital for moderate non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Mercedes, Kenneth Lewis Clark, age 54 of Palm Desert, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Diaz was driving recklessly in the parking lot, according to a witness, when he collided into a very large palm tree in front of JC Penney. Diaz did not sustain any injuries. Diaz was arrested and booked into the Riverside County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, and for possession of brass knuckles. The driver of the Lexus, Timothy Hogan, age 25 from Palm Desert, was found to be driving his vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Timothy Hogan was taken to a local hospital for medical clearance and later booked into Riverside County Jail in the city of Indio for driving while intoxicated.
