Washington: State Patrol charged Manoj Siwakoti with DUI homicide while on prescription drugs; TAKES DRUGS due to mental status but still allowed to drive & kill!
Siwakoti, 21 years old, failed to stop at a red light at the intersection and struck the victim’s vehicle while traveling EB on SR 518. The victim (driver), a 42-year-old female from Burien, died at the scene.

Jose Lopez, 27, has been charged with vehicular homicide involving intoxication, vehicular assault, DUI, public intoxication, reckless driving and other traffic offenses. He is being held in the Shelby County Jail.

A Georgia man is facing multiple charges, including vehicular homicide and DUI, after a wrong-way crash killed one woman and sent two others to the hospital overnight in Loudon County.
A preliminary report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol shows Jacob Jonathan Nagy, from Dalton, Ga., was driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes of I-75 when he crashed head on into three vehicles around 3 a.m. at mile marker 83.
