Tennessee: DUI driver Jose Lopez hit Kia head-on and fled leaving other driver to die; subdued by witness for cops when he returned

Jose Lopez, 27, has been charged with vehicular homicide involving intoxication, vehicular assault, DUI, public intoxication, reckless driving and other traffic offenses. He is being held in the Shelby County Jail.

A Georgia man is facing multiple charges, including vehicular homicide and DUI, after a wrong-way crash killed one woman and sent two others to the hospital overnight in Loudon County.

A preliminary report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol shows Jacob Jonathan Nagy, from Dalton, Ga., was driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes of I-75 when he crashed head on into three vehicles around 3 a.m. at mile marker 83.
