Colorado: DUI crash leaves Lawrence Duran dead; Andrew Briseno in jail on DUI homicide charges
The driver of the SUV was identified as Andrew Briseno, 30. Briseno will receive treatment before being transported to the Pueblo County Detention Center where he will face charges of Vehicular Homicide, DUI, and Reckless Driving.

Rhode Island: Wrong way driver Aleksandro Mihali sent him, his passenger and two others he hit head-on to hospitals; charged with three counts of DUI
The investigation showed that Mihali was traveling south in the northbound lanes of Route 146 as he entered Rhode Island from Massachusetts, Moynihan said. While traveling in the wrong direction in the high-speed lane, his car, a 1987 Cadillac, collided head-on with a Honda Accord approximately 800 feet south of the state line.
