Maryland: State Police report Nicholas Gayhardt crash on I-95 was likely DUI

As Gayhardt passed the trooper’s vehicle, the trooper observed his inability to maintain a single lane of travel. He traveled several times from the travel portion of the road onto the right shoulder and into adjacent lanes, weaving erratically. The trooper continued to follow Gayhardt, subsequently activating his lights and sirens in an attempt to stop the vehicle. He failed to yield to the emergency vehicle and continued to travel northbound.

California: Booze Cruise on Bob Hope Drive by DUI killer Kenneth Revell on Christmas Day ended life for innocent driver

The Hyundai Santa Fe then collided into a Volkswagen Beetle that was traveling northbound on Bob Hope Drive. The female driver of the 2004 Volkswagen Beetle sustained major injuries and was immediately transported to a regional medical center. She was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The driver and passenger in the Hyundai Santa Fe were not injured during the collision.

Virginia: Jose Salome MARTINEZ-MORALES charged with DUI and assault on police officer on Christmas Eve

The officer then attempted to handcuff the accused, at which point the accused struck the officer several times with his hands and fist. The officer then had to use physical force to detain the accused. The accused was subsequently arrested without further incident. During the investigation, the officer also determined that the accused was driving without an operator’s license. No injuries were reported.
