Three of members of a LaSalle family died in the Honda, the Greeley Tribune reported. They were identified as 37-year-old Gilbert Martinez, who was driving the van, 1-year-old Bryson Martinez and 6-year-old Ethan Martinez . Another family member, Mistelle Martinez, 32, survived with minor injuries.

Macias-Marquez, the Dodge pickup driver, also died.

01/23/2015 — Court records show a woman involved in Thursday’s fatal crash on the Jefferson Street Bridge had pleaded guilty to driving under the influence earlier in the day.

Stephanie L. Ferguson, 29, was convicted of a misdemeanor DUI offense that occurred on Dec. 31, 2013, according to Davidson County court records. The criminal court clerk’s office said Ferguson’s court appearance was scheduled for Thursday morning.

Chicago, IL — A well-known Chicago DJ has been charged in a fatal crash where his car veered off Lake Shore Drive early Monday, crashing and flipping on a frozen pond in Lincoln Park leaving one dead.

The driver Rafael Rodriguez, 42, was charged with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and failure to reduce speed, according to NBC Chicago.
