Deputies say 43 year old, Brandon David Ross was arrested and charged with DUI, Reckless Driving, and 1st degree Vehicular Homicide.
The Richmond County Coroner has confirmed that one person is dead after the accident on Peach Orchard Road and Faircrest Avenue.
Authorities say 50 year old Donetta McCullum died from the injuries that she sustained in the accident.
