Wendy S. Myrick is being held in the Ada County Jail on a felony DUI charge after Meridian police say she was caught driving drunk on Eagle Road by St. Luke’s Meridian Medical Center Sunday night.
The DUI was the 41-year-old Myrick’s fifth in the past 10 years, with previous arrests occurring in California and Washington, according to Meridian police reports. DUI’s are charged as felonies in Idaho if someone has three or more in a decade. Myrick had not been previously arrested in Idaho before Sunday, according to court records.
