A Floyd County teen died when his motorcycle was hit early Thursday by a man who allegedly was driving drunk, according to Kentucky State Police.A preliminary investigation indicates that Alex Mullins, 18, was driving a miniature sport motorcycle on Ky. 122 in the Melvin community in Floyd County when the motorcycle was hit by a vehicle that left the scene, state police said in a news release. ….MORE
