KINDER — The editor of the Kinder Courier was issued citations late Saturday for driving while intoxicated and speeding, authorities said. Mark Leibson, 58, of Kinder, was stopped on U.S. 190 just east of Kinder at 11:54 p.m. by state police for driving 67 mph in a 55 mph zone, officials said. He was reportedly taken to the Kinder Police Department, where state police administered a breath test. ….MORE
