OXFORD, Miss. (AP) — Oxford police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a man on charges of driving while intoxicated when his SUV collided with another vehicle resulting in the deaths of two University of Mississippi students.
Police Chief Mike Martin says 21-year-old John Howard Strickland, who now lives in San Antonio, Texas, was expected to turn himself into authorities on Wednesday. ….MORE
