A prosecutor in the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office has resigned after being accused of driving with a blood alcohol content at four times the legal limit.
Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped 37 year old Aaron Carr in the city of Watertown Tuesday night while they were investigating a reckless driver complaint.
Deputies say he had a blood alcohol content of .32 percent.
The legal limit is .08 percent.
