Oregon: Portland Police Officer Sean Sothern busted for DUI, fleeing police and more!


(August 18, 2011) — According to the Portland Police on, Thursday August 18, 2011, the Tillamook County Sheriff’s Office arrested off-duty Portland Police Officer Sean Sothern for DUII, Attempting to Elude in a Vehicle, and two counts of Reckless Endangerment. Sothern was booked into the Tillamook County Jail and was later released after posting bail.
Officer Sothern is an 11-year-veteran and was assigned to Central Precinct.
Officer Sothern has been placed in an off-street assignment in the Telephone Report Unit pending the ongoing Tillamook County investigation and internal review process.
