SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. – Pinal County Chief Deputy Assessor Jacqueline Minto was arrested for DUI and aggravated assault Thursday night in San Tan Valley, seven months after County Assessor L. Paul Larkin was arrested with a blood alcohol concentration of .110.
