JACKSON COUNTY—  2013-10-01- A Jackson County Sheriff’s deputy has been charged with driving while intoxicated after reportedly wrecking a patrol vehicle Monday.

According to a statement from Sheriff David Lucas, around 5:30 p.m. deputies were called to State Highway 37 near Grubbs for reports of a patrol car involved in a single vehicle accident.
