WALNUT CREEK — With one woman dead and a second fighting for her life late Monday after Saturday’s violent crash on North Main Street, details emerged about the suspect’s history, which includes two arrests for driving under the influence.
Walnut Creek resident Hossein Tabrizi, who was driving a pickup that plowed into a family of four on a North Main Street sidewalk, has twice been arrested for DUI and once for being drunk in public, according to the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office.
