EAST BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A man was arrested for drunk driving Saturday morning after a crash that killed his friend.
It happened about 9 a.m. on eastbound State Route 178 at the Oswell Street off ramp, when officials said Leon Jones, 37, crashed due to his level of intoxication.
