California: Riverside County Sheriff reports DUI arrests for Sept. 23, 2014

Jake Corbin made a special delivery under the influence of drugs or alcohol, say La Quinta Police.

La Quinta, Calif. — According to Sgt. Jessica Vanderhoof, on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 1:25 A.M. the La Quinta Police Department responded to the area of Washington St. and Avenue 52 regarding a DUI / non-injury traffic collision. A green delivery truck collided with a light fixture inside the Traditions Country Club.

The driver, Jake Randolph Corbin, age 22 of Covina, was detained by security at the country club and the La Quinta Police were contacted  due to his level of intoxication.  Corbin was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/and or drugs and taken to a local area hospital as a precaution prior to being booked into the county jail in Indio.
