Will County Sheriff’s Office DUI arrests June and July 2013

Esteban Rodriguez, age 23, of 930 Wildcat Court in Wilmington was arrested for DUI, speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended.

Zachary Melvin, age 18, of 18804 W. Ballou Road in Wilmington was cited for failure to signal, improper lane usage, and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Nicholas Brown, age 28, of 3164 E. Forestview Trail in Crete was arrested for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and DUI.

William C. Brown, age 21, of 3837 Sangamon in Steger was arrested for DUI, improper lane usage, and loud muffler.

Eric Ziegler, age 32, of 24735 W. Pleasant Court in Plainfield was arrested for DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding, and failure to signal.

Natalie R. Kay, age 39, of 106 E. Jefferson in Shorewood was arrested for possession of cannabis under 30 grams, DUI, speeding, and failure to signal.

Manuel Urquizo, age 18, of 15959 Leclaire Avenue in Oak Forest was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, disobeying a stop sign, and no valid driver’s license.

John T. Stack, age 25, of 24028 S. Center Road in Frankfort was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage.

John J. Lanigan, age 62, of 1730 Giddington Court in New Lenox was arrested for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Edgar Flores, age 23, of 7610 Heatherstone Lane in Plainfield was arrested for improper lane usage, speeding, disobeying a traffic control device, no insurance, driving while license suspended, reckless driving and DUI.

Mark W. Van Witzenberg, age 32, of 26060 S. Linden Avenue in Monee was arrested for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after he flipped his vehicle in the outfield of the baseball diamond west of the schools parking lot.

Whitney Edwards, age 24, of 503 Pico in Joliet was arrested for DUI and disobeying a traffic control device.

Billie A. Perry, age 48, of 610 Oak Street in Lockport was arrested for DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding, improper turn at intersection and failure to signal.

Keith E. Dunmore, age 52, of 404 Herkimer in Joliet was arrested for DUI, driving while license suspended, improper lane usage, and failure to signal.

Michael Thompson, age 35, of 2207 Cottonwood Drive in Joliet was arrested for DUI, no valid registration, and driving while license suspended.
