WHITELY COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – The Indiana State Police are investigating a car accident early Saturday morning that left a man with a broken neck.
Police said at around 3:25 a.m., Susan Janes, 45, was going north on Willow Avenue, near the Shriner Lake area. Janes’ car went off the right side of the road and over a curb before colliding with a parked car in a private yard.
