Charged 11 Times for DWI: Larry Dean Baxter, 58, of West Monroe, La., on 6/7/2011 by Cpl. C. J. Beck at 10:55 pm.  According to the charging documents in Baxter’s latest arrest, he has previously been arrested on DWI charges on the following dates: Feb. 2, 1980; April 21, 1984; Jan. 29, 1986; May 15, 1994; Feb. 2, 1995; Dec. 10, 1996; Oct. 6, 1997; Nov. 23, 2003; July 3, 2004; Jan. 1, 2011.
