According to the criminal complaint, Golden Valley police officers were called to Duluth Street and Highway 100 around 12:57 a.m. Thursday on a report of a vehicle that had run off the road and into a ditch. Responding officers found tracks in the snow that went over the corner of the intersection, across the westbound lanes, onto the median, over a sidewalk, across the eastbound lanes and onto a curb, and finally down and up the side of a ditch.  ….MORE
