Minnesota: Judge Donald Spilseth — Sentence of 67 months in plea deal to Paul Wickenhauser for killing three in DWI crash

Judge Donald Spilseth -Kandiyohi County Chief Prosecutor Jennifer Kurud Fischer
EDITORIAL OPINION: One of America’s worst judges, and one of America’s worst prosecutors…67 months in prison for killing three people…no wonder there are so many drunk drivers in Minnesota with such liberal judges and inept prosecutors who would approve a plea deal like this!

Paul Wickenhauser had been “out drinking” and hit family of three head-on, sending them into a ditch where they burned alive…a grandmother, daughter and granddaughter…trapped and screaming…and this idiot will be out of jail ready to kill again in under five years…
