ST. PAUL  — A Minnesota State Trooper was arrested Wednesday after he showed up to an in-service training at the State Patrol’s district office in Duluth smelling of alcohol.
Authorities say 29-year-old Nicholas Morse, of Two Harbors, drove his squad car from his home to arrive at the training at 8:10 a.m. At the district office, a supervisor noticed the odor of alcohol coming from Morse. ….MORE
