LOWVILLE — The Lewis County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday charged Anthony L. Fish, 21, with vehicular manslaughter in connection with a fatal accident early Saturday near Copenhagen.
Mr. Fish, River Road, Copenhagen, also is charged with driving while intoxicated and four other traffic counts in the accident, in which Justin M. Cody, 21, River Road, Copenhagen, was killed. He was released without bail by Denmark Town Justice H. Raymond Taylor to await grand jury action. ….MORE
