RENSSELAER — The BAC of a city police officer now on administrative leave following a fatal car accident on March 13 was .22 percent, a source close to the investigation confirmed to The Record Thursday.

Mark Fusco arraigned on more serious charges. He said that Fusco, 22, would face vehicular manslaughter, at the least. There is also a potential for aggravated vehicular homicide.
