A drunken driver with a previous arrest for DWI killed his girlfriend and left another passenger fighting for his life yesterday after a predawn crash on a Brooklyn highway, police said.Kareem Dupass, 34, lost control of his 1996 Ford Explorer and struck a guard-rail while speeding on the Belt Parkway near the Flatbush Avenue exit in Marine Park at around 5 a.m., cops said.   Photo of deadly wreck in the New York Daily News
