Syracuse, NY – A Salina man with five prior alcohol-related driving convictions was arraigned today on charges he killed an elderly man in an alcohol-related crash in January.Michael Iannettoni, 58, of 237 Russell Ave., is charged with having a blood-alcohol count of 0.32 when he crashed his vehicle head-on into another vehicle on Buckley Road Jan. 9, fatally injuring Vincent Russo.  …..MORE
