OWASCO — The Town of Owasco has officially fired a highway department employee accused of drunken driving instead of shifting him to a newly created position as previously discussed by the town board.
“The young man in question was terminated,” Owasco Supervisor John Klink said Friday of employee Jason Foster. “He no longer had his CDL and could not meet the qualifications for the job.”   MORE
