Suspended Booker T. Washington boys basketball coach Shea Seals was charged Thursday with aggravated DUI – driving under the influence at twice the legal limit. Seals was arrested shortly after 3 a.m. on Jan. 23 on suspicion of DUI after an officer saw his car drifting across lanes, but he was not formally charged by the Tulsa County District Court until Thursday afternoon. …MORE
