| 2/28/2016 7:35:47PM NE HIGHWAY 20 and NE CONIFER BV CORVALLIS ACCIDENT INJURY On February 28, 2016, at about 7:30 P.M., Unit 1 was stopped at the stoplight located at the intersection of NE Highway 20 and Conifer Boulevard. Unit 1 was facing south. Unit 2 was the vehicle behind Unit 1. Unit 2 saw the traffic signal however he thought it was green. The driver of Unit 2 changed the station on his radio, looking away from the road and drove into the back of Unit 1. There was damage to the front of Unit 2 and the back of Unit 1. Both vehicles were drivable and were driven away from the scene. |

The front seat passenger Daniel James was smoking marijuana in the vehicle with the windows rolled up. There was a two-year-old child and a one-year-old child sleeping in the back seat. DANIEL JAMES (24 yoa) was arrested on two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and lodged at the Benton County Jail. |

The cash register was open and an estimated $3.00 dollars in change was taken. The damage to the window was estimated to be $500.00 dollars. |
