LITITZ, Pa. (WHTM) – An 18-year-old Lancaster County man has been charged in a drunk driving crash that killed his passenger.
Christian Mark Will, of Lititz, was charged Thursday with homicide by vehicle while DUI and related offenses, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
