Only on Fox 29, there are new details on the arrest of Philadelphia state Representative Cherelle Parker last weekend on driving under the influence charges.
Fox 29 has learned Parker was driving a state-owned car at the time she was stopped, and was driving the wrong way down a one way street.
Representative Parker’s lawyer Joe Kelly confirmed for Fox 29 News that Parker was indeed driving her state-owned,
