BRISTOW, Va. (March 21, 2011) — The trial of the man charged in the death of a Bristow nun has been continued.
Illegal immigrant Carlos Martinelly Montano, 23, was set to stand trial beginning March 28 on charges of felony murder, involuntary manslaughter, driving on a suspended or revoked license, a third offense of DWI and two counts of maiming as a result of DWI for the Aug. 1 crash that killed Sister Denise Mosier, 66, and injured two other Benedictine nuns……MORE
