PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. — A man from Putnam County is expected back in court after he was indicted on charges involving a fatal DUI accident.
The accident happened last March along Poca River Road.
On Thursday, a grand jury indicted Caleb A. Beckner, 25, of Red House, on driving under the influence of alcohol causing death and aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol.
Putnam County Sheriff’s Deputies say Beckner was driving drunk when he lost control of his car and flipped the vehicle. The vehicle landed on its top in a ditch.
