An Austin firefighter accused of driving drunk while off duty last year has been suspended for three months.
James Doyle, 31, was charged with driving while intoxicated after a Manor police officer stopped him Nov. 19 when he failed to signal before changing lanes and swerved in and out of the lanes, according to the affidavit for his arrest.
A court date in the case is scheduled for Feb. 27.
