Terry Smith was charged with DUI by Rancho Mirage Police after he crashed into a mobile home.

10/01/2014 —Sergeant Andy Martinez reports that on Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at about 4:15 PM, officers of the Rancho Mirage Police Department were dispatched to the area of Peterson Rd. and Highway 111, in reference to a traffic collision.

Callers described that a truck had collided into a mobile home.  At the conclusion of this investigation, it was determined that Terry Smith, 55 of Rancho Mirage, was intoxicated at the time of this collision.  Smith was arrested and booked into the Riverside County Jail for driving under the influence.
