Norwich, Conn. —Norwich Alderwoman Jacqueline Caron was arrested last month and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to a Bloomfield police report.
Caron, 50, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on July 14, according to arrest logs. Bloomfield police did not specify where Caron was arrested and offered no details on the arrest.
She was released on a $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in Hartford Superior Court on Aug. 22, according to court records. She has not pleaded in the case. ….MORE
