A Caldwell man is behind bars at the Ada County Jail, charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an injury accident.

Boise Police say they observed the suspect’s vehicle run a red light on Front Street and Capitol Boulevard early this morning. Officer said they saw the vehicle nearly collided with one car and crashed into another at the corner of Ninth and 11th streets.
