A man charged with drunk driving hit seven vehicles before being arrested by police in Elkhart County Sunday night.
28-year-old Peter Mikhakhuk of Elkhart was arrested and charged with OWI, leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, and battery by bodily waste on a police officer. ….MORE
