Indiana: police make multiple DUI arrests after one driver nearly hit an officer

Five people were arrested in Elkhart County for completely separate drunk driving incidents.
The first arrest happened Saturday night around 10:50 when 28-year-old Luke Harbison was pulled over during a traffic stop after nearly hitting another officer in an earlier stop in Elkhart.
.Police say he failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.
