The man accused of homicide by vehicle and drunk driving as a result of an accident in Monmouth Thursday evening is still in Jackson County Detention Center this morning.
James Anton Isaacson, 63, of Anamosa had a public defender appointed for him this morning in Jackson County Court. He’s still in jail on a $20,000 secured bond.
