A local judge’s son was arrested for driving while intoxicated and other charges early Sunday morning.
State police arrested Nicholas Scott Leehy, 18, 4100 Chauvin Lane, Monroe, Sunday on charges of driving while intoxicated first offense, improper lane usage, open container and possession of alcohol by a person under 21.
